Add Product

Steps for Product Management:
1)    Navigate to admin URL

2)    Login to admin panel

3)    Go to Dashboard -> Products -> Click on Add New Product

Description tab:
4)    Go to Description tab -> Enter values in the mandatory fields Product Code* and Product Name*. Check the Display On Website checkbox to display the product in the website front end. Click on Save. Please note that the price tab will be active only after entering data in the Products tab

5)    Click on the Assign Category button to assign this product to a Category. The Category pop-up opens up. Select multiple categories if you wish to assign the product to multiple categories and set one of the Categories as the default category
Click on Update button to save the changes

Pricing tab:
6)    Go to Pricing tab
7)    Enter a Price Break Name (it is mandatory)
8)    If the Enable Strike Price check box is checked, the strike price will appear for this product (i.e. strike price is a special price, like if product is on sale)
9)    Strike Price Break Name: If the Enable Strike Price check box is checked, then enter a Strike Price Break Name (It is not mandatory)

10)    Break From: Enter the Quantity breaks (like 100, 200, and 300, so on). Maximum breaks that can be added is ten breaks
11)    Price: Enter the price against each quantity
12)    Strike Price should be entered if the Enable Strike Price check box is checked.
13)    Disc. Code: Enter the discount code for the price
14)    Note: Any note you want to put for the pricing can be entered here. Only the note entered for the Regular pricing will be displayed in front end

15)    Maximum Quantity: It is the maximum quantity after the last quantity break
16)    Expiration Date: The date to be set for the strike price to expire, after which the strike price will not display in the front end

17)    Regular Price: If this check box is checked, that price will be the regular price for the product
18)    Click on Save Price button to save the newly added price

19)    Once the price has been saved, it will appear in the Pricing grid. There is an Edit button to edit the Price and Delete button to delete the price

Colors tab:
20)    Go to Colors tab -> You can upload Product Image, Product Variants and Available Colors from the Colors tab
21)    In Image Resize field, check the Automatically check box to upload a Hi-Res product image of dimension >= 1500 X 1500. This image will get automatically resized to Large, Medium and Thumbnail images

22)    In Image Resize field, check the Manually check box to upload Hi-Res, Large, Medium and Thumbnail product images manually

23)    The added product images will appear in the grid below. You can edit or delete these images on clicking Edit and Delete links in the Action column

24)    You can assign related products (these assigned related products will appear in the front end in the By Products section)
Select a Category from the Category dropdown whose product you wish to assign to this product. All the products in the Category selected appear in the Unassigned Products section. Click on a product and click the Right arrow button to assign to the product. The selected product appears in the Assigned products section
Click on Save to save the changes

The assigned product gets reflected in the front end in the By Products section

Product Details tab:
25)    Click on the Add button to add existing field and click on the New button to add a new field. Textbox to enter the Field name and a textbox to enter value appears. Enter data and click on Save next to the new field to save this field. Click on Main Save to save the changes
Note: Please do NOT add the same name field.

Shipping Details tab:
26)    Click on the Add button to add existing field and click on the New button to add a new field. Textbox to enter the Field name and a textbox to enter value appears. Enter data and click on Save next to the new field to save this field. Click on Main Save to save the changes
